One time, years ago, Randy and I were driving along the coast and I saw a bunch of pelicans flying over the ocean. Suddenly, one of them fell headfirst into the water. I thought, "That pelican just died! What are the chances that we would be driving by just as this pelican died?!" Then I saw another pelican go headfirst into the water, then another, and another. "Oh, they're diving for fish. Doh!"
